Thank you for shopping with The Perfume Pack. We aim to deliver your favorite fragrances safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping details below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • We operate Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.


2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer Worldwide Shipping 🌍 through reliable courier partners.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, customs, or courier delays.
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery speed is beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees vary based on weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • For international orders, customs and import duties (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery).
All orders must be prepaid at checkout.


6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate.

  • If the package returns due to:

    • Wrong address

    • Unreachable contact number

    • Customer unavailability
      Re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: An unboxing video is required as proof.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a parcel is shipped and tracking is provided:

  • We are not responsible for courier delays

  • We are not liable for lost/stolen packages after courier delivery confirmation

However, we will assist you in tracking and coordinating with the courier where possible.
